VICIDIAL Predictive Dialer
VICIDIAL is a set of programs that are designed to interact with the Asterisk Open-Source PBX Phone system to act as a complete inbound/outbound call center suite.
VICIDIAL can function as an ACD for inbound calls or for Closer calls coming from VICIDIAL outbound fronters and even allows for remote agents logging in from remote locations as well as remote agents that may only have a phone. Further Vicidial can be used as a Message blaster or Phone blaster that places calls and connects them into another potentially legacy dialer system.
VICIDIAL can work in a split setup where the dialer can be installed anywhere, even in a different country, which allows for off-shore call centers or follow-the-sun service setups, where agents from all around the world can be registered with the same system. This is possible since VICIDIAL allows for seamless integration of traditional TDM and VOIP.
VICIDIAL can be integrated with a large number of Legacy CRM Systems. There are currently over 700 installations of VICIDIAL in production in over 70 countries around the world.
